Let FundHub Help You Qualify To Invest While Safeguarding Your Information

New SEC regulations require brokers and entrepreneurs to take reasonable steps to verify the accredited status of investors for many investment offerings, and similar measures will be required to determine the amount you can invest in a JOBS Act equity crowdfunding offering. At FundHub, we certify you and the categories where you can invest, and protect your private information while we do so. With our process, you never have to send sensitive financial documents to a broker or a company you want to invest in.Once we certify an investor, your certification is available for you to use with other offerings also. We never sell or provide your private information to third parties.

Once you receive your FundHub investor certification, you can also Opt-in to our exclusive Investment First Look program, where we give you advance notice of investment opportunities in categories you choose before anyone else has the chance to invest.

Accredited Investors
Accredited Investors
When the SEC lifted the 80-year-old ban on general solicitation, it added a new legal requirement that a company take "reasonable steps" to assure accredited investors are, in fact, accredited investors. While this new rule only applies to certain new offerings, making sure an investor meets these new criteria for all investments that are limited to accredited investors is a prudent idea. No longer can an issuer have an investor self-certify his or her accredited status by simply filling out a form. At FundHub, we take those "reasonable steps" and verify the status of accredited investors. Investors do not want to give sensitive financial information to broker-dealers or issuers, so FundHub provides a secure method of handling the private investor information so it does not have to be disclosed to anyone. Instead, Fundhub gives everyone peace of mind that the investors are accredited, and provides issuers and broker-dealers with a FundHub certification that assures the SEC's accredited investor criteria have been established. More importantly, FundHub provides investors with a safe means of having their personal financial information protected, giving a comfort level to potential investors all along the way that their personal information will not be shared with anyone.
JOBS Act Equity Crowdfunding
JOBS Act Equity Crowdfunding
When Title III of the JOBS Act goes into effect, there will be two new levels of investor certification required for equity crowdfunding. Under the JOBS Act, all potential investors are categorized as either having income or a net worth under $100,000, or income or a net worth of $100,000 or more. At FundHub, we allow investors to be certified in one category or the other and provide companies with a FundHub certification that assures the amount an investor is legally allowed to invest in an offering under the JOBS Act. FundHub provides investors with a safe means of having their personal financial information protected, giving a comfort level to potential investors all along the way that their personal information will not be shared with anyone.
Investment First Look
Investment First Look
At FundHub, we know that some investors like to have the first bite at a new business opportunity. We allow accredited investors, and will allow JOBS Act investors, to opt-in to FundHub's Investment First Look program, where those who opt-in will be given a window of exclusivity to review new investment opportunites on funding portals and otherwise before they are made public.
